Returns and Replacements
We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product.
Unfortunately we do not offer a replacement service.
If you need to return an item to us, please read the following information:
If you feel that one of our items is defective, damaged or incorrect when you receive it, please raise a return request via Your Order. Click on the relevant order from your order history, tick the product you wish to return and provide a reason for the return in the text box below. Complete the returns process by clicking on 'Make an RMA slip'. Once your return request is accepted we will provide a return slip, which contains the address to which you need to return your product. Please download and print this form, which you can find in the My Merchandise Returns area of your account, and enclose it with your returned package. Failure to include this may result in delays in processing your return as we will be unable to match the returned product to your order.
All returns must be in their original unused condition, with hairnets and original bag. Wigs that have been worn, cut, brushed, combed or restyled, or are returned with the odour of perfume, hairspray, or tobacco, etc., will not be accepted for a refund as they will be classed as used.
Wigs cannot be returned once worn for hygiene reasons. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages incurred when styling or washing your wig.
You are responsible for the item until it has been posted to us. Please keep proof of postage as this will be required to process your refund in the event that the package fails to arrive.
As soon as we receive the item and can confirm the problem, usually within 14 days, and we will email confirming the refund and refund the full cost of the item.
Please do not make multiple purchases in order to choose one wig and return the rest. We will issue a refund for the first return only, any subsequent returns from a multiple order will be issued an exchange.
ScaredyBrat reserve the right not to supply customers who repeatedly return goods.
All refunds will be processed via PayPal for the purchase transaction.
Refunds will only be made subject to our terms and conditions.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
All orders must be placed online via this website.
When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
We usually process all orders within 2 to 4 working days.
We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed to let you know that we have received it and are ready to start preparing your delivery. These email confirmations are produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to fulfil that order. We will then check availability of the product(s) ordered. If the product is not available we will also notify you via email. In the event of a product being unavailable the payment made for the product will be refunded in full. Once your order has been marked as dispatched we will notify you via a delivery confirmation email. This will include a tracking number.
We may cancel any order if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will be notified via email and any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Payment, Pricing and Promotions
Payment must be made at point of ordering.
PayPal is the only payment method we accept because we want our customers to ship with confidence knowing their financial information is secured and never disclosed or shared with others. By using PayPal, customers with an email address can securely send online payments using their credit card and/or bank account. Creating an account with PayPal is also free. We reserve the right to refuse payments from unverified PayPal accounts. Please see PayPal's Help Center if you have questions on how to add funds to your PayPal account and become a verified PayPal user.
We try to ensure that the prices on our site are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the product(s) in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the email address that you have supplied us. You will have the option to re-confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you the order will be cancelled. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the product(s) will be refunded in full.
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you make your payment.
We always try to keep our stock figures as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that all products are always available. If we cannot supply a product that you have ordered you will notified via email and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.
Updating Account Information
It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date at all times.
We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary.
We may also terminate an account and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of our site upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.
Termination shall be without prejudice to our other rights.
If we do not enforce any provision of this agreement such will not be considered a continuing waiver.
In the event that any part of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such part will at our option be construed as far as possible to reflect the parties’ intentions and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and us and may only be amended in writing. They apply to the exclusion of all other terms or conditions of contract proposed.
Use of our site and these terms are subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
